Homewood Suites by Hilton Harrisburg West Recognized as Top Hotel Among Entire Homewood Suites Brand
Harrisburg, Pa., February, 16, 2004 – Homewood Suites by Hilton, the national brand of upscale, all-suite, residential-style hotels, has named the Homewood Suites by Hilton Harrisburg-West as its top hotel and Homewood Suites by Hilton Pride Award Winner for 2003. The hotel was recognized as the brand's top hotel at the Hilton Family of Hotels Focused Service Brand Conference in New Orleans.
The Homewood Suites by Hilton Harrisburg-West hotel was selected based on customer feedback measured through guest satisfaction surveys on the hotel, as well as the product, quality and service scores measured quarterly by the company. The hotel was also honored with a monetary prize and a brand-sponsored trophy to be displayed in the hotel lobby.

The 116-suite hotel, located at 5001 Ritter Road, opened in January of 1995 and is convenient to the Hershey area and other local attractions including Gettysburg and the Pennsylvania State Capitol. The hotel also has an outdoor sports court, a billiard room, an outdoor heated pool and fireplace and whirlpool suites. The hotel is owned and managed by High Hotels, Ltd., an affiliate of High Industries, Inc., based in Lancaster, PA.
